Frequently Asked Questions

Are your staff fully insured, first aid certified and DBS checked?

Yes, all our staff are fully insured, first aid certified and hold an enhanced DBS.  We are also Ofsted approved. Our professionals are employed on their suitability to working with children.

How much is Playmakers?

For our holiday workshops the cost per day is £50.

10% discount are available when booking for a full week (5 days).

What time is drop off and collection for the holiday club?

Drop off is from 9am and pick up is 3.00pm.

There will be a 1 hour break for children to run around and socialise, please bring appropriate clothing for all weather conditions.

Do you provide food during the holiday club?

No, we don’t provide food. Please provide a packed lunch with a snack for break time. We also have a strict no nut policy.

How many children attend each day?

We have a maximum of 30 children. We will ensure to follow COVID guidelines to maintain a healthy working environment for all.

Providing medicine

If your child has any allergies, a chronic illness, or medical condition, you must provide all medicines stated on the application form, if you attend without the medicine for your child, they will not be allowed into the holiday club.

How often does Playmakers meet?

Playmakers meet for clubs in all school holiday periods. Keep your eyes peeled for the next holiday club!

Do you offer refunds?

No, unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Do let us know straight away if your child is unable to attend and we can book them in to our next holiday club. Should we have to close due to government guidelines, we would issue a full refund.
